Loss & Grief Spring Group (1).png

Grief is a normal process we all encounter during our lifetime; it is not something we fix, but rather, grief is to be processed and understood. Youth will have the opportunity to learn and share strategies, learning tools, and normalizing the grief process that comes with a loss. This group will provide a safe space to connect with others, nature, and animals during one of life’s inevitable experiences.

This group will incorporate animal-assisted therapy, art therapy, and group discussions to help facilitate healing.
