This  psycho-education group will be run by a child psychologist & mental health therapist out of Hooves of Hope Ranch 1.5 km east of Millet, AB.
 

This co-ed emotion regulation group starts at the basics: our nervous systems fight, flight, freeze, fawn responses. We combine psycho-education, emotional regulation strategies, and group processing to empower youth to understand their emotions and why, which is critical for awareness and implementing strategies from their tool box. 

This group is appropriate for children/tweens/teens struggling with:
 

▪️ Self-Confidence & Self-Esteem
▪️ Anxiety 
▪️ Depression
▪️ Emotional Dysregulation 

DATES: October 1- November 5 (Wednesdays)

TIME:  4:30 pm-6:00pm

LOCATION: Hooves of Hope Ranch (Millet, AB)

FACILITATOR: Anh Amber (Reg. Provisional Psychologist) & Steph Driver (Mental Health Therapist)

COST: $120/per* session (must attend all 6 sessions to register)
 

* Direct Billing available for Greenshield & Blue Cross 
 

* * Group should qualify for reimbursement under "psychological services" with extended health benefits plans that cover a Registered Provisional Psychologist

*** Subsidy available for low-income families without insurance coverage through FCSS Leduc County, FCSS Millet and FCSS Wetaskiwin County
