These psycho-education groups will be run by two child psychologists out of Hooves of Hope Ranch 1.5 km east of Millet, AB.

This group focuses on improving relationships with ourselves and others through self-awareness, self-esteem, self-confidence, effective communication skills, and peer connection. The group will include Animal-Assisted therapeutic activities, art-based interventions, mindfulness, and more!

This group is appropriate for children/tweens/teens struggling with 

• Self-Esteem 

• Self-Confidence

• Conflict resolution 

• Problem solving 

• Emotional Regulation 

• Communication Skills 

DATES: July 15th -July 20th

GROUP 1 TIME [8-12 years old]: 10:00am-12:00pm
GROUP 2 TIME [13-16 years old]: 1:00-3:00pm

LOCATION: Hooves of Hope Ranch (Millet, AB)

FACILITATOR: Anh Amber & Nicolette Bader (Reg. Provisional Psychologists)

COST: $110/per* session (must attend all 6 sessions to register)

* Direct Billing available for Greenshield & Blue Cross 

* Group should qualify for reimbursement under "psychological services" with extended health benefits plans that cover a Registered Provisional Psychologist
