Hooves of Hope Ranch offers both office-based counselling and animal-assisted therapy on a private rural office located on private 100 acre ranch minutes from Millet, AB (20 min from Leduc or Wetaskiwin) . We offer counselling from both Registered Psychologists and Clinical Counselors for children, teens, and adults.
CURRENT CLIENTS: To contact your clinician (re: billing, cancelling/rescheduling apts) you will need to contact them with the information they provided your privately. We only handle intake inquiries and each clinician is a private contractor (not an employee) and we have no client information on file.

If you are specifically looking for subsidized counselling* with a mental health therapist ($80-$150) please include this in your email. If you need a specific type of Registered Professional (i.e., Psychologist) please can include this as well
(1) What is the reason for your referral (we don't need a lot of details just in general i.e., depression, anxiety, divorce, grief)
(2) Do you want animal-assisted therapy or office-based therapy
(3) The age of person you are seeking mental health support for
(4) The maximum rate you can afford for subsidized counselling based on the scale of $80-$230 hour (a higher rate comes with a more experienced therapist) *** Note: there are subsidized counselling funding options available for those who live in Wetaskiwin County, Leduc County and the Town of Millet through FCSS- please contact them directly and let them know you are looking to set up counselling at our facility in the event you do not have insurnance to cover your sessions and your gross family income is less than $75,000 a year
(5) If you need a registered professional for insurance purposes this needs to be indicated including what type of professional (i.e., registered psychologist)
